To guide the executive management team of a major regional hospital trust with regard to communications around key commercial issues.

STRATEGY & IMPLEMENTATION

ROAD undertook an extensive research and interview period across the regional health economy. Through a series of workshops ROAD guided the senior management team to re-evaluate its key relationships, focus its efforts on priority issues and develop a more strategic approach to its communications planning.
