Strategy audit, re-branding and development of new website. Acorn is the UK’s largest combined care and education providers for children and young people. ROAD was asked to unite and rebrand the disparate elements of the business across four operating divisions – and bring to life a new corporate positioning.
ROAD undertook research among existing and potential customers (regional commissioners of child and adolescent services), government, staff and other stakeholders. This information was presented to a communications planning workshop that included the executive management team and leading media commentators to identify a new positioning and description of the combined business.
ROAD executed a visual rebranding exercise for corporate and operating brands, built a new corporate website and produced a PR strategy document for the Client’s communications team.
New cohesive digital-friendly rebranding reflected in new website which united the four operating divisions of the organisation.
Acorn’s re-branding exercise placed it in a position to win and manage significant region-wide integrated tenders.
